We are approximately five minutes from the city centre of Rotorua and its café and restaurant district. We are also close to golf courses and Maori cultural activities.

Situated in High Street, one of the older areas of Rotorua, the guest accommodation for one or two people is set in a quiet part of Floss and John's tranquil garden.
